I appreciate the pointers you shared regarding updating our LinkedIn profiles and resumes. Thank you for reminding us that our mind is our most powerful tool, our perspective shapes our reality, and that we've overcome all the adversity we've encountered to date. Most importantly, thank you for your personal and professional transparency and reminding us that we are valuable, capable, and well loved.

I want to take the time to show my appreciation to Joseph Laudon . This presentation was different from previous guests we had throughout our program. He stressed the importance of maintaining our mental and spiritual wellbeing, which is something that has been in the red area for me since the beginning of my transition to the tech space. It’s important to take a break and reflect on what you’re doing, why you’re doing it, and what it took for you to get there. Doing so will help you refocus and apply the pressure needed to succeed. Again, many thanks for your raw and unedited advice.. that was really needed!
